How to create synergy in the workplace

Synergy comes from the intent of wanting to build an aspect of reason. Let me explain.. When you are in the threshing point of a large project, it is subject to the person making the final call, the decision that will cause your idea to become reality. No one is capable to become everyones conscience, but everyone is able to become one in diversity.
